Booking agency staff;

If you have an urgent need of support due to staff sickness, staff shortages or holiday cover please call GO Personnel. You will get the chance to speak with an experienced member of staff who will have a selection of questions about your home and the services you require from our agency staff.

Once we have spoken with you and confirmed that we can meet all of your requirements we will contact all of our registered carers through our online portal making it fast and easy to check availability for work on that particular day.

Our team is available 24/7 to ensure that no matter what time of day or night, we can be there for you. We know that sometimes things happen unexpectedly and when they do, it's important to have someone reliable on hand who will help you find a solution as quickly as possible.

Book a meeting;

Face-to-face meetings are crucial to our service, as they allow us to get a good feel for whether we're a good fit for you and your home. We take the time to listen to our clients, which gives us an understanding of the service you deliver, the expectations of the agency, and also a chance to ask any questions on both parts.

During these meetings, we would ask you to provide examples of your medication charts and any essential training that staff members may require.
