Our Recruitment & Induction Process
Our application process is simple, supportive, and designed to get you started as quickly as possible. From your initial application through to training and your first shift, we guide you every step of the way to ensure you feel confident, prepared, and supported in your new role with Go Personnel.

Telephone screening
After submitting your application, you will be invited to a pre-screening telephone call. This gives us the opportunity to learn more about you, discuss your experience, and confirm your suitability for the role. It’s also your chance to ask any initial questions about working with us.

Interview
Following a successful telephone screening, you will be invited to attend an in-person interview. You’ll meet with an experienced member of our team to discuss the role in more detail and learn more about our company. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other better.

Referencing & DBS
At this stage, you will provide the necessary documents for referencing and DBS checks. We will send you a secure link to complete the required forms and upload your documents. This ensures we meet all regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
FOUR
Free in-house training
Once your checks are underway, you will be invited to complete our free accredited training. This includes a mixture of E-learning and face-to-face sessions designed to prepare you for your role. Our training ensures you feel confident, supported, and job-ready.

Sign off & handbook
After successfully completing your training, you will be fully signed off to start work. You will receive your staff handbook, ID badge, and uniform. Everything you need to begin your role professionally and confidently will be provided.

Congratulations—you’re now officially part of the team! With your training complete and documents in place, you’re ready to start work in your new role. We look forward to supporting you as you begin your journey with us.
